Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (technology, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions)

Locations: Delhi / Bangalore / Mumbai

Experience: 3 8 Years

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Job Summary

Skysecure Technologies is seeking high-performing and result-oriented Regional Sales Managers (RSM/RBM) to drive business growth across key regions in India. The role involves owning regional sales strategy, acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and closing high-value enterprise deals across technology, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter with proven leadership capabilities and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
  • Own and grow strategic customer accounts within the assigned region.
  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Close large and complex deals in IT solutions, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or AI domains.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Track market trends and stay updated on cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM data.
  • Represent the organization in customer meetings, presentations, and regional events.

Requirements

  • 38 years of proven experience in IT / SaaS / Technology / Cybersecurity sales.
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience handling Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High-energy, self-driven professional with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Cloud, Cybersecurity, or AI-based solutions is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work from office and travel within the assigned region as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to channel sales, partner ecosystems, or alliances.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong presentation and solution-selling skills.
