VisionSure is a HealthTech player building India's Vision Benefits stack. We are taking a customer-centric approach to build Vision wellness solutions, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

To enable our mission, we are partnering with multiple players in the Vision Benefits ecosystem, including insurance companies, eyewear providers, eye hospitals, eye clinics, etc.

What will you do

  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and insurance intermediaries such as brokers and corporate agents
  • Drive adoption of VisionSure wellness package through Insurance ecosystem
  • Provide feedback for product development for VisionSure Wellness Packages

Key KPIs for this role would include:

  • Number of lives onboarded to VisionSure Wellness Package
  • # of Broker partnerships enabled and growth in lives/broker
  • Revenue generated

Prerequisites

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in driving corporate sales through the insurance ecosystem
  • Expertise in a healthtech/insurtech/insurance player with focus on insurance and insurance intermediary partnerships
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales on the ground
  • The individual would be the first sales hire for the organisation. Thus, he/she is expected to contribute individually in the sales function including building relationships, providing sales collateral to partners and also work towards expanding the team over time.
