Managing Promoters & Brand associates
Evaluates the performance of team comprising of Channel managers/ASMs. Take crucial decisions concerning employees promotion, their transfer, if or not certain significant task/ project should be assigned to a team.
Ensure stock availability and timely listing of our products with the Modern Trade accounts.
Drive sale of secondary stock through promotional activities in key accounts.
Ensure that the region has efficient employees and develop a team of such employees for expansion of business. Plan the goals well in advance and promote healthy competetive behaviors.
