Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients within the Software sector in US region.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide sales team members to achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in sales within the Technology industry, particularly in Software.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
