Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Regional Sales Manager for an on-site role in Ahmedabad. This position involves overseeing and managing sales operations within the designated region, building strong relationships with retailers, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and identifying regional market opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Understanding of the agriculture input industry, including Seeds, Crop Nutrition, and Crop Protection
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with regional language(s) and culture will be an advantage
