Job Description – Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Company: Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd.

Department: Domestic Trade

Location: Vijaywada

  • Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets for the region
  • Appoint and manage super dealers and sub-dealers to strengthen distribution
  • Ensure complete manpower deployment and team productivity across the region
  • Monitor and improve sales team efficiency and field productivity
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data submission through SFA systems
  • Convert high-potential sub-dealers into super dealers
  • Manage doctor, physiotherapist, hospital, and retail influencer engagement
  • Optimize secondary-to-primary sales ratio with channel partners
  • Categorize and expand orthopedic-focused chemist network
  • Drive hospital business, tenders, and institutional sales
  • Lead new product launches and category expansion initiatives

Key Responsibilities (Strategic & Leadership)

  • Design and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and expansion areas
  • Build and nurture a high-performance sales culture
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales professionals
  • Drive sales capability development and training initiatives
  • Ensure consistent revenue growth through planning and forecasting

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Graduation: B.Sc. / B.Pharma / D.Pharma
  • Post-Graduation: MBA (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 12–20 years of total experience
  • Minimum 50% experience in relevant industries:
  • Medical Devices
  • Consumer Healthcare
  • OTC / Pharma
  • Must have handled annual business of ₹5 Cr+

Technical Skills

  • Business Planning & Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Dealer & Distribution Management
  • Sales Operations (Primary, Secondary, Retail Execution)
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Data Analytics & Sales Insights
  • Basic Excel & Sales IT tools
  • SOP creation and structured documentation
