Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will lead regional sales activities, develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets, and maintain client relationships within the assigned region. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions. Regular travel within the region and to company locations may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Sound knowledge of the industrial pump market is preferred
  • A proactive and goal-oriented attitude, with a strong ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region
