Your tasks
Main tasks & duties:
- To establish HUBER+SUHNER as the supplier of choice within TRA market segment.
- To sell HUBER+SUHNER RailCom solutions like Antennas, RF and Optical products in South India region.
- To develop & lead the Railway antenna business of HUBER+SUHNER in South India while expanding the company reach into the Railway and system integrators across India.
- To manage the customer contracts in conjunction with the concerned internal teams or partners to ensure that the project is implemented on time and to customer's budget, and that HUBER+SUHNER's profitability margins are met.
- Continuously acquire and feedback market information and process customer data in a manner which confirms to HUBER+SUHNER processes and procedures.
- Develop new services and portray HUBER+SUHNER as the value supplier of product and services within the defined market segments (mainly Railway market) and customer base (Railcom customers in South India region).
- Deeply engage with customers through the entire buying cycle (from product positioning/RFQ stage till payment receipt) w.r.t Application Engineering & Sales responsibilities.
- Provide technical solution and cost information on new products/projects.
- To conduct surveys of commercial and technical nature as required in order to fully understanding the customer requirements and intentions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, Design and Application Engineering team to ensure customers project execution on time.
- Support the Quality Assurance in exceptional situation to solve customer complaints.
- Adhere and abide to company rules and regulations.
- Implementation of 5S on Workplace
- Be responsible for QMS/ EHS implementation, support for ISO 9000/ ISO 14000 and etc. quality system audit
Your profile
Education and experience:
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Mechanical from a recognized university of India,
- At least 4-8 years of Sales/Pre-Sales experience in Railways market segment of India.
Skills and knowledge:
- Strong Sales target orientation & strong techno-commercial skills required,
- Signalling & Telecom (S&T) Technology knowledge would be preferred,
- Must have a proactive approach to understand customer's applications w.r.t Radio Frequency & Optical Fiber solutions
- Knowledge of Sales tools- CRM/Salesforce/SAP will be an added advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical, and independent way of working.
- Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
- Should be able to work in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
