About the Company

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for ensuring profitable sales growth and revenue generation across the assigned region through effective planning, execution and leadership. The role involves leading and motivating the regional sales team to achieve sales targets, expand distribution, strengthen collections and build long-term dealer relationships.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for ensuring profitable sales growth and revenue generation across the assigned region through effective planning, execution and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales, revenue and volume targets
  • Develop new markets and expand the distribution and dealer network
  • Ensure timely collection of payments within approved credit limits
  • Resolve dealer issues related to dispatch, credit notes, schemes and pricing
  • Prepare and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Plan and execute sales promotion and branding activities in the region
  • Lead, manage and motivate the regional sales team
  • Ensure effective implementation of SFA (Sales Force Automation) in the region
  • Initiate training and development programs for sales force
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Logistics and Management

Qualifications: Bachelor / Master's

Location: Lower Assam ( Bongaigaon Assam)

Experience: 12- 15 years

Age: 32-37yrs
