As we expand our offline and B2C operations across India, we are looking to harness data as a competitive advantage in driving sales performance and strategic decision-making.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and strategic Regional Sales Managers to lead office-based regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and the regional native language, with a deep understanding of B2C sales dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of growing sales teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead regional sales operations from the office, focusing on B2C client acquisition and retention.
  • Mentor and manage high-performing regional sales teams, ensuring achievement of targets and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers, and dealers within the steel and construction sectors.
  • Monitor team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable coaching and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and the local/native language.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, technology, and support teams for efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 9+ years of proven experience in offline or office-based B2B/B2C sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, or industrial sectors.
  • Fluency in English and the native language.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in driving regional business operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling sales teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Ability to inspire and lead by example, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Familiarity with regional construction market trends and customer behavior.
