Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in our Chennai location. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, leading and mentoring a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to develop business growth plans. This role also involves collaboration with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of regional goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring, with excellent people management abilities
  • Skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good working relation with Shippjng line personnel is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market demands and develop innovative strategies
  • Prior experience of minimum 15 years in logistics is a must.
