Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our Baddi location. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market reach, identifying and establishing relationships with key clients and distributors, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing coaching and leadership to the sales team. The role also involves market analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure sales targets are consistently met.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the FMCG or skincare industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Team management and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
  • Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and familiarity with herbal and natural skincare solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Baddi and travel within the region as required
