Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned region
  • Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers (SO), and field staff
  • Ensure regular market visits and monitor field activities
  • Drive product availability, visibility, and distribution expansion
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
  • Review team performance and provide guidance for improvement
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key customers
  • Implement company strategies and promotional activities in the region
  • Ensure team compliance with reporting tools (like Salestrip) and daily reporting
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling a sales team
  • Must have experience in generic segment
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle targets and pressure
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
