Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop key distributors and expand the partner network within the assigned region.
- Manage onboarding and mapping of distributors and dealers into the sales ecosystem.
- Appoint and manage System Integrators (SIs), retailers, and installer networks.
- Coordinate with pre-sales teams to enable distributors, dealers, and integration partners through training and product support.
- Monitor channel inventory levels and implement effective liquidation and sales plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and dealers to track performance and growth opportunities.
- Drive execution of monthly and quarterly sales schemes and partner programs.
- Collaborate closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure process compliance and smooth operations.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and partner engagement activities in coordination with pre-sales teams.
- Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and business objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, surveillance, and electronic security solutions.
- Ability to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
- Capability to conduct basic technical and product training sessions for channel partners.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, distributor management, and secondary sales operations.

Additional Information
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CCTV, surveillance, or electronics industry sales.
- Proven experience working with distributors, dealers, and channel networks.
- Strong understanding of product positioning and market development.
- Experience in handling System Integrators, dealer networks, and secondary sales.
- Prior experience leading or managing sales teams is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field preferred.
