Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop key distributors and expand the partner network within the assigned region.
  • Manage onboarding and mapping of distributors and dealers into the sales ecosystem.
  • Appoint and manage System Integrators (SIs), retailers, and installer networks.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales teams to enable distributors, dealers, and integration partners through training and product support.
  • Monitor channel inventory levels and implement effective liquidation and sales plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and dealers to track performance and growth opportunities.
  • Drive execution of monthly and quarterly sales schemes and partner programs.
  • Collaborate closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure process compliance and smooth operations.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and partner engagement activities in coordination with pre-sales teams.
  • Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, surveillance, and electronic security solutions.
  • Ability to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
  • Capability to conduct basic technical and product training sessions for channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, distributor management, and secondary sales operations.

Additional Information

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in CCTV, surveillance, or electronics industry sales.
  • Proven experience working with distributors, dealers, and channel networks.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning and market development.
  • Experience in handling System Integrators, dealer networks, and secondary sales.
  • Prior experience leading or managing sales teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field preferred.
