Hiring for Regional Sales Manager for Delhi | Product - Secured and Unsecured Business Loans
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our Secured (Home Loans & Loan Against Property) and Unsecured Business Loans portfolio. The role involves driving business growth, managing sales teams, and building strong channel partnerships across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales targets for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Unsecured Business Loans.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Area/Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
* Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
* Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
* Monitor team performance, productivity, and ensure target achievement.
* Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory guidelines.
* Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
* Track competition and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
* Drive portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquencies.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in Retail Lending / NBFC / Banking.
* Strong expertise in Home Loans, LAP, and Unsecured Business Loans.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong team management and leadership skills.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Good understanding of regional markets.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
