Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, for a Regional Sales Manager at Radio Consumer Products Private Limited. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and monitor team performance. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales, conducting market analysis, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The role also involves coaching and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Sales Management, Regional Sales, and Target Achievement
  • Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in Business Strategy, Market Analysis, and Sales Planning
  • Ability to collect and analyze sales data to guide decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in consumer products or FMCG industry is a plus
