Position: Regional Sales Manager

We are now seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and lead strategic business initiatives within the assigned territory.

Role Overview

This is not a conventional Sales / Regional Manager position.

We are looking for an individual who will approach this opportunity with the mindset of managing a proprietorship concern within Pune Gas.

Your assigned territory will function as your cost center and growth center, where you will be entrusted with ownership and accountability.

You will have the authority to make business decisions such as:

  • Investing in regional marketing initiatives
  • Expanding the local sales team
  • Strengthening dealer and channel networks
  • Driving regional sales and business strategies

The overall objective is to ensure profitability and growth against the costs incurred within the region.

You will receive complete support, trust, and operational freedom from the management team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales management
  • Experience in LPG, Natural Gas, or related industries will be an added advantage
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and managing numbers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making ability
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
