Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager Bangalore will be responsible for driving Institutional and Corporate Project Specifications and Sales for Privetek Smart Glass Solutions. The role demands a strong network within the architectural, PMC, and design-build community, coupled with the ability to present, specify, and close large-scale commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Drive project specifications by connecting with corporate architects, institutional consultants, PMCs, and design-build firms.
Conduct impactful PowerPoint presentations and live demos to showcase Privetek Smart Glass technologies.
Manage project pipelines from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely conversion and client satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers in the architectural ecosystem.
Coordinate closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Provide regular reporting and market intelligence to management.
Represent Privetek at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen the brand's leadership in the premium glass segment.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Business preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional or corporate project sales within the building materials, glass, faade, or interior solutions industry.
Languages: Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and Kannada fluency mandatory.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and client presentations is a must.
Personality: Pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and high professional etiquette.
Work Style: Self-driven, comfortable with fieldwork and hybrid working environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network among architects, PMCs, and corporate clients in Bangalore and Karnataka region.
