About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager from the polymer/plastic/chemical industry to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and expand market presence across the Delhi/NCR region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Identify and onboard new clients in the polymer/plastics industry
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distributors
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
  • Deliver technical product presentations to customers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Polymer, Plastic, or Chemical industry

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in business development and sales growth
  • Good understanding of the Delhi/NCR market
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing key client relationships

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000 per month (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
