About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager from the polymer/plastic/chemical industry to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and expand market presence across the Delhi/NCR region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and onboard new clients in the polymer/plastics industry
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
- Deliver technical product presentations to customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Polymer, Plastic, or Chemical industry
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth
- Good understanding of the Delhi/NCR market
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing key client relationships
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000 per month (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
