Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Chennai or kochi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales objectives, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. Daily tasks include managing regional sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other teams to achieve company goals and staying updated on industry trends is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Management skills, including relationship-building, negotiation, and account management
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research skills for developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively represent the company and its solutions
  • Knowledge of Pro Audio-Visual, Home Entertainment, or Music & Recording Technology industries is an advantage
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities to manage regional operations and coordinate across departments
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven experience in regional sales management or a similar role
