About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of high-value industrial pumps across the region. The ideal candidate should have experience selling technical solutions to large industrial and government clients, strong industry relationships, and a deep understanding of pumping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales plans; achieve targets and market growth
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Engineering, Procurement, Operations)
• Manage complex sales cycles, tenders, and contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical); MBA is a plus
• 1012 years sales experience in pumps, valves, compressors, or process equipment
• Experience in Power, Steel, Mining, or Mineral Processing industries
• Strong negotiation, technical understanding, and customer management skills
