Job Description

• We are looking 5+ Years experienced for dynamic and result-oriented RSM professionals to strengthen our dealer network, drive business growth, and ensure timely payment collection for our electric two-wheeler business.
• The role will involve dealer development, relationship management, market expansion, and payment collection, depending on the position and assigned territory.
• Candidate should be expert to Identify, approach, onboard, and develop new dealers in the assigned territory.
• Candidate should be expert to Expand and strengthen the company's dealer network.
• Candidate should be expert to Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
• Candidate should be expert to Develop territory-wise business plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Candidate should be expert to Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
• Candidate should be expert to Monitor dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Candidate should be expert to Ensure regular dealer activation and business generation.
