Job Description

Urgent Hiring || Regional Sales Manager || Delhi NCR

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Experience : Min 3 Years

CTC:- upto 8 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location: Delhi NCR

Working Days :- 6 days (9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Strategizing deployment of ASM Converting higher level customers by visiting. Ensuring smooth flow of info, timely payments and commitments are met
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Conduct performance reviews and provide on-going feedback.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales performance to achieve or exceed regional sales targets. Monitor sales progress, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Implement and enforce sales processes and best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. Provide regular updates to senior management on regional sales performance.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
