Job Summary:
- To make plan and deliver profitable business from his territory
- To lead team of Sales Representatives, Area Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers and increase Width/Depth/Display /Sales through his team and distributors
- To reduce number of days credit year after year.
- Ensure proper persons are recruited/appointed as per norms of the company
- Identify town coverage gaps & outlet expansion opportunities & ensure coverage
Results
- Achieve and exceed sales target
- Ensure all major towns are on coverage
- Implementing trade schemes and conducting promotional activities
- Minimum attrition in sales team
- Timely payment collection of all distributors

Major Duties
- Sales (Primary & Secondary)
- Make & execute new product Launch Plan
- Increase contribution of profitable products
- Monitoring Payment collection
- Proper utilization of expense budget (Expense to Sales ratio)
- Training & Developing of subordinates
