Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Regional Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting NMTG's products in the assigned region. Key duties include achieving sales targets, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams for continuous business growth. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will prepare reports, monitor market trends, and contribute to the company's strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including expertise in client relationship management and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning skills for analyzing trends and crafting effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Understanding, particularly in mechanically power-transmitted products or related fields.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to promote products and build lasting client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills to handle challenges and effectively close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in industrial sales or a related sector will be advantageous.
