Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – B2B Cosmetics Ingredients to manage sales operations within the assigned region and drive business growth through strategic customer engagement and new business development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cosmetic ingredients sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Special Note: Experience in B2B Cosmetic Ingredients sales is mandatory. Candidates without relevant cosmetic ingredients industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts within the cosmetics and personal care industry.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with cosmetic manufacturers, formulators, and contract manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Coordinate with product development, technical, regulatory, procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, product evaluations, sampling activities, and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and business updates using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Travel within the assigned region for customer meetings and business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of cosmetic ingredients, personal care ingredients, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetics and personal care market.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized professional.
  • Existing industry network and customer relationships will be an added advantage.
