We work with global technology brands to deliver cutting-edge solutions to corporate enterprises, government organizations, educational institutions, healthcare providers, hospitality businesses, and industrial clients.

We are expanding our South India operations and are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and enterprise sales across Bengaluru and Karnataka.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding market presence across Bengaluru and Karnataka by acquiring new enterprise customers, strengthening channel relationships, and driving regional revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Bengaluru and Karnataka.
  • Drive enterprise sales across Corporate, IT/ITES, Government, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, architects, and channel partners.
  • Generate new project opportunities for Professional AV and Enterprise Collaboration solutions.
  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare winning proposals.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Represent Nanta Tech at exhibitions, technology events, and partner meetings.
  • Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of B2B Sales experience in Professional AV, Enterprise IT, Unified Communication, Active LED, Interactive Displays, or Digital Signage.
  • Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Bengaluru/Karnataka.
  • Experience working with System Integrators, Consultants, Corporate Accounts, and Channel Partners.
  • Strong network within the Bengaluru enterprise market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
