- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-potential hospitals, cardiology institutes, and corporate chains.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration through structured account planning.
- Drive conversion of angiography- based PCI to imaging-guided PCI.
2. Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams, biomedical departments, and hospital management.
- Establish Meril as the preferred imaging partner with top KOLs and high-volume PCI centers.
- Manage long-term contracts, pricing negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
3. Clinical & Technical Support Coordination
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of case supports in cath labs.
- Collaborate with clinical specialists to demonstrate technological superiority of imaging platforms.
- Support clinical adoption by facilitating hands-on training, workshops, and proctorships.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead, guide, and mentor territory managers and clinical specialists within the region.
- Review performance, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability within the team.
- Enable team skill development through regular training and feedback.
5. Marketing & Scientific Engagement
- Execute regional medical education programs, imaging workshops, and physician engagement activities.
- Support KOL development, case documentation, and clinical content generation.
- Collaborate with marketing for new technology launches and adoption initiatives.
6. Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Manage inventory, demo machines, consignment stock, and product forecasting for the region.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, and supply chain teams for efficient operations.
