Job Title: Regional Sales Manager East

Location: Kolkata (Base Location)

Reporting To: National Sales Manager (NSM)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager East to lead and expand our sales operations across the Eastern region of India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing regional teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales operations across the East region (including West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, and other North-Eastern states).
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor/dealer network.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab managers, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and market insights to the National Sales Manager.
  • Represent the company at regional exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 46 years of experience in medical device or diagnostic sales, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Eastern Indian healthcare market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
