Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, building relationships with clients and distributors, and analyzing market trends. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance and contributing to the company's growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Management, including experience in driving regional sales performance and meeting targets
  • Proficient in Building Customer Relationships and Networking to establish strong connections with clients and distributors
  • Ability to conduct Market Analysis and develop strategic plans to identify growth opportunities
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively lead and support a sales team
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for client interaction and successful deal closures
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or managerial role in the desposible medical device only
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools
