Regional Sales P&L Head - Western Region - MNC Freight Forwarding

Designation : Deputy General Manager (West Region)

Department : Sales & Operations

Reports to : Executive Director

Job Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for overall management of the region that includes planning, organizing and supervising all regional activities of business development and operation, controlling operational costs and achieving the budgets along with P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of sales strategies, defining target segments, values and propositions

Establish operations that deliver industry leading service standards that facilitate market leadership in target sectors.

Provide daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to sales, operations, communication, revenue enhancement, human resources, standardizing procedures, systems applications and executing processes to meet customer needs.

Develop personal relationships with key strategic clients to ensure business retention and growth and to act as a focal point for client escalations, if necessary.

To deliver the Revenue growth in line with the Budget.

To ensure the operation excellence is achieved on the daily activities and provide seamless service.

Accounts Receivable (AR) management To follow up with customers to ensure AR is under control.

Improving processes leading to reduction and saving in cost and increasing revenues

Implementing KPIs for monitoring employee productivity

Employee mentoring and retention

Responsible for P&L of the region.
