- RSM will be responsible for spearheading and developing the business volume & profitability of the region along with managing resources, risk and return for the key zone through prudent portfolio management practices, multi-product approach within audit & compliance requirements.
Sales & Profitability
- To drive LAP business through Muthoot Finance branches /digital business and open markets .
- To develop sales growth strategy, target market identification, mapping companys offerings to market needs in a fast-paced environment .
- To do sales budgeting. Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team
Business Development
- To create and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Gold Loan Branches within the region.
- To Scan the market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the consumer business. Should give a monthly update on various LAP Loan products in the markets offered by competitors
Business Development initiatives
To understand the market dynamics and accordingly suggest Credit & product team in devising competitive pricing structure periodically.
Team Management - Ability to handle, motivate, coach and develop a team;
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 10+ years relevant experience required (Preferably in Micro LAP/ST LAP/Affordable LAP) .
Excellent relationship management, strong analytical and effective communication skills. Qualification: Graduation mandatory (Regular).
