Job Description

Objective:

A highly driven Regional Sales Lead to spearhead sales operations for our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical in the assigned region. This role is critical to scaling the business footprint via DSA-led sourcing, managing productivity and compliance on-ground, and enabling seamless customer journeys in collaboration with Credit, Product and Legal teams

Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Target Ownership

  • Drive disbursement targets and regional business growth in LAP (Secured Lending).
  • Ensure daily funnel movement, approvals, login to disbursement TAT and conversions.
  • Monitor sourcing productivity and lead performance reviews across ASMs & Sales Managers.

Channel Management & DSA Governance

  • Expand and manage regional DSA network, ensuring quality sourcing, adherence to compliance, and training.
  • Implement governance mechanisms across channel performance, payouts, lead tracking and field hygiene.
  • Work closely with central Channel team and Product Lead to onboard and activate new sourcing channels.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor ASMs and front-line Sales Managers, ensuring recruitment, capability building and retention.
  • Conduct regular field reviews, coaching, performance appraisals and training interventions.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity.

Stakeholder Coordination & On-Ground Enablement

  • Act as a bridge between field teams and central Credit, Legal, Tech and Ops units.
  • Ensure documentation readiness, property & income assessment alignment with credit policies.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Business Head for construct refinement.

Compliance, Quality & Customer Experience

  • Ensure sourcing aligns with laid down risk, compliance and KYC norms.
  • Monitor bounce %, early delinquencies and DPDs for immediate course correction.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through seamless onboarding and minimal turnaround time.

Qualifications

  1. 812 years of experience in Secured Lending (LAP preferred), with strong exposure to DSA-led sourcing.
  2. Demonstrated success in leading large field teams across multiple locations.
  3. Hands-on understanding of income surrogates, property due diligence, and secured product documentation.
  4. Strong execution mindset, analytical skills and ability to operate in a scale-up environment.
  5. Prior experience in managing vendor/partner relationships and team development.
  6. Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance or related domain preferred
