Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Ladder & MRO Sales
Department: Sales
Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business Head
Location: As per assigned region

Job Summary:
The RSM – Ladder & MRO Sales will be responsible for driving sales of industrial ladders and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) products across the assigned region. The role involves managing key industrial accounts, dealer networks, and institutional sales while ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy for Ladder & MRO product portfolio.
• Drive business through:
o Industrial clients & factories
o OEMs & corporate accounts
o MRO buyers & maintenance teams
• Manage and expand dealer/distributor network in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as:
o Manufacturing (Auto, FMCG, Engineering)
o Warehousing & Logistics
o Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals
o Power Plants & Infrastructure
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Handle key account management and long-term contracts.
• Monitor stock availability with dealers and ensure smooth supply chain.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, finance).
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding.

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of industrial sales & MRO business.
• Experience in dealer/channel management.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle B2B and institutional sales.
• Knowledge of safety products, ladders, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualification:
• Graduate (Engineering / Commerce / Business preferred)
• MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience:
• 7–12 years of experience in Ladder / MRO / Industrial Product Sales
• Proven track record in channel sales + direct industrial sales
