About the RoleKeya Seth Aromatherapy, a leading brand in natural beauty, skincare and wellness, is looking for a dynamic and performance-drivenRegional Managerto lead sales operations, expand market presence, and drive business growth across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing teams, building distributor networks, and achieving aggressive sales targets in the cosmetic or wellness FMCG category.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth- Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the region.
- Identify growth opportunities in retail, distribution and modern trade.
- Expand market penetration of Keya Seth Aromatherapy across key outlets.
2. Team Leadership- Manage, motivate, and train field executives, sales officers, and beauty advisors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs for the team.
- Build a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
3. Distribution & Channel Management- Strengthen distributor network and ensure healthy primary & secondary sales.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper execution of schemes, offers, and trade promotions.
4. Retail & Market Execution- Ensure excellent visibility across general trade, modern trade, and wellness stores.
- Drive placement of new launches and ensure perfect planogram execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity and store performance.
5. Marketing & Branding Support- Execute marketing campaigns, product activations, and seasonal promotions.
- Support influencer tie-ups, sampling drives, and salon/wellness centre partnerships.
- Share insights from the field to help in brand-building strategies.
6. Reporting & Analysis- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Analyse product performance, region-specific trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable feedback to management for continuous growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum5+ years of experienceas Regional Manager/Area Sales Manager in Cosmetics, Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with distributors, beauty advisors, retailers & modern trade clients.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
