Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager - Kerala to lead and expand our business operations in the region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, team development, market expansion, and strengthening doctor engagement across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional sales performance and achieve business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate frontline sales teams
• Develop strong relationships with Gynecologists, Orthopedicians, and key stakeholders
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
• Review field performance and provide strategic guidance for growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
• Exposure to Ortho & Gynae segments would be preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development
