Job Description

We are hiring for Regional Sales Manager - Joint Replacement - Mumbai:-

Experience - 12+ Years

Team Handling Experience is Must

Domain - Joint Replacement is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through direct sales and effective dealer/distributor management

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, customers, and key industry stakeholders

• Execute sales and product launch strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and provide competitive insights

• Develop sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and territory growth strategies

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to maximize performance

• Optimize operational processes including inventory, billing, shipments, and dealer management

• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and drive operational excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the medical devices/healthcare industry

• Strong business development, negotiation, and team management skills

• Ability to drive growth while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability

What you need:

  • Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline
  • At least 10-15 years sales and marketing experience (preferred medical capital) with minimum 5 years or people manager experience
  • Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management
