This role is focused on driving strategic growth across a key regional market, combining enterprise sales expertise with consultative solution selling in the application security space. You will be responsible for developing and managing high-value customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. The position requires a strong hunter mindset, deep stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex security challenges into business-driven solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape tailored proposals and influence decision-makers at C-level. You will play a critical role in building pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring consistent revenue achievement across your territory. This is a high-impact sales leadership role within a fast-paced, innovation-driven cybersecurity environment.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will own regional sales performance, driving new business acquisition, account expansion, and renewals while building strong customer relationships across enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on delivering measurable revenue impact.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets across new business, renewals, and account expansion.
- Generate and manage pipeline through proactive prospecting, C-level outreach, networking, and campaign follow-ups.
- Identify customer pain points and design tailored application security solutions in collaboration with technical specialists.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, including ROI analysis and executive-level presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and internal teams to leverage campaigns, events, and regional initiatives for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates to ensure visibility and sales performance tracking.
- Operate within a defined territory to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
This role requires a seasoned enterprise sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, proven revenue generation success, and experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles. You should be confident engaging senior stakeholders and closing high-value deals in competitive markets.
- 10+ years of experience in direct or indirect enterprise sales roles.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets (e.g., President's Club-level performance).
- Strong experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Ability to build and manage C-level relationships and complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong consultative selling and solution design capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, application security, or developer tooling is a strong advantage.
- Background in high-growth, pre-IPO, or acquisition-stage companies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
