Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – IVD with 3–5 years of experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and medical equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key accounts across North India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Promote and sell IVD and medical equipment including Hematology, Biochemistry, Electrolyte Analyzers, Urine Analyzers, and related diagnostic products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and distributors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in IVD or medical equipment sales.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic products such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Electrolyte, and Urine Analyzers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
