Requirements
Experience:
o10+ years of experience of in dealing with Fluid Control products, someone with experience with Gas Distribution companies and contractors, Clean Room Installers, Analytical customers, Laboratory, RCD / Chemical /process market is also suitable.
oMust be an experienced team manager with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Candidates without team management experience will not be considered.
oPreference - Instrumentation background having experience of offering High end products to clients - He should be having experience of dealing with High end products with VALUE Based selling.
oKey account management skills are very important and essential for this role. He should be able to do product presentations to clients (Online / Offline)
oSince this will be a remote operation, he should have apt skills to deal with Head office in coordination of regional work related to Sales support to clients on timely basis.
oCandidates must be actively working in field sales. No candidates with a production background or those without field sales experience will be considered.
