Regional Sales Manager
About the Role
Lead International School of Design's franchise expansion across India. Manage tele-callers for lead generation and conduct preliminary meetings to mature leads for National Head closure. Own regional pipeline health, team performance, and territory development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 6-10 preliminary franchisee meetings daily (virtual/in-person)
- Coach tele-callers to achieve 80% daily activity targets
- Maintain active pipeline opportunities
- Achieve quarterly closure targets of 4-5 deals in your region
- Develop territory-specific franchisee prospect lists
- Track lead progression through CRM and weekly forecasting
- Collaborate with National Head on high-value deal strategy
Qualifications
- 1-3 years B2B field sales experience (real estate/education/franchise preferred)
- Proven hunter: Consistently conducted 100+ meetings/month
- Strong relationship building skills for lead maturation (2-3 touchpoints)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, Google Workspace
- Delhi/NCR based with regional travel willingness
- Fluent English + Hindi; regional language advantage
Location: Gurgaon | Travel: 30% | Compensation: Upto 6 LPA + Performance Bonus
