Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, managing a sales team, and analyzing market trends. You will also represent the company at events to foster partnerships and expand the organization's reach.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, including enhancing client satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to be based in Raipur and comfortable with occasional travel as required for events or meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in events or exhibition industries is a significant advantage.
