Regional Manager Sales (North & East)
For Environment Business (Gas and Air Business)

Base Location: New Delhi
Reporting to: Department Manager
Experience required: Minimum 3 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for Sales of Environmental products under Energy & Environmental vertical for North and East states, which includes AAQMS, CEMS, Flue gas monitoring as well as Water quality monitoring and other process analysers.
- Responsible for the lead generation, building the funnel list and achieve the conversion rate in business.
- Deliver the effective presentations and demonstrations to show customer benefits.
- Handling the distributor and support them on sales number achievement.
- Ensuring the monthly sales targets and giving the regular forecasts, timely payment collection and align the execution.
- Team working and communicate regularly on regional strategy for short term as well as long term.
- Long term strategy on Business plan support for right alignment and positioning of Product w.r.t. regional market demand.
- Focusing on the development of new customers, partners, new projects and new applications, esp. in EPC business, making schedule and plan of customer visiting for positioning of Product in the suitable application.
- Developing and maintaining the local channel network, connect to Govt departments like PCBs, Govt. Dept for all domain to strengthen the area coverage of business, supporting partners to develop their business.
- Improving and maintaining the relationship with the Key accounts including policy makers, government users, internal functions.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Regional Field team to seek the help to position the product.
- Marketing study, to make comprehensive grasp of the local drives products market, timely feedback development plan and competitors and market changes to the company.
- Travelling outstation will be about 3weeks in a month or more in a month subjected to business requirement.
