We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to expand our market presence across the mentioned regions.

This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for professionals with strong industry networks, particularly in the home, building, architecture, and interior design ecosystem, along with an interest in smart technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
Promote home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem.
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and recommend customized automation solutions, including:
Lighting
Security
Climate control
Other smart automation solutions
Generate and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's regional customer base.
Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
Represent Smart Node at trade shows, site meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Travel within the assigned city/region for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
