Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Pune/Banglore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent collaboration with internal teams, market analysis to identify trends, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Prior Sales Experience for industries such as Automotive, Agriculture, Industrial Equipment, or Technology Solutions is a Must Reqyurment
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, business development, and creating sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving goals
