Seeking a Dynamic Business Development Manager for a Healthtech Brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and convert potential customers across the oncology ecosystem (private hospitals, daycare centers, and oncology institutions).
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to oncologists, clinic managers, and stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of Dashamlav's cancer solutions and clearly communicate the value proposition tailored to each customer.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and assist in onboarding new customers with support from internal teams.
- Gather feedback and share insights with product and strategy teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare or equivalent.
- 2-7 years of sales experience, preferably in oncology, day care centres, hospital IT, analytics, or SaaS healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently interact with healthcare
- professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to understand clinical workflows and translate technology into practical benefits.
- Willingness to travel and interact with stakeholders across regions.
