1. Should be an Individual Contributor other than being a People's Manager ( 80:20 weightage between self-contribution and team target)

2. Minimum 12-15 years of front-end Sales experience with proven track record of closing mid/large ticket size

• Worked in Govt accounts domain only.

• Not looking for experience selling in ERP, Pharma, Education, BFSI, Telecom, Box selling. Looking for relationship in Solution sales in Govt / Enterprise Share the below synopsis for the sales
