Job Description
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
-Work closely with the finance department to resolve any outstanding payment issues.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify unique selling propositions for attracting new customers.
-Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify untapped opportunities and potential threats.
-Provide guidance and support to the sales team, setting clear sales objectives and motivating them to achieve outstanding results.
