Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen distributor networks, lead regional sales teams, and expand market presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.

· Drive General Trade sales and improve market penetration.

· Manage and strengthen distributor and channel partner relationships.

· Identify new markets and business opportunities.

· Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team.

· Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.

· Implement sales plans, promotional activities, and route-to-market strategies.

· Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.

· Ensure effective inventory planning and distributor stock management.

· Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams.

· Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews.

· Maintain high standards of customer service and business ethics.

Preferred Background

Candidates from reputed FMCG companies such as HUL, ITC, P&G, Dabur, Marico, Emami, Godrej Consumer Products, Colgate-Palmolive, or similar organizations will be preferred.

Eligibility

· 18–30 years of FMCG sales experience.

· Proven experience in regional sales management.

· Strong record of achieving sales targets and developing distributor networks.

· Experience managing large sales teams.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
