Role: Regional Sales Manager (South)

(Local candidates are preferred)
Key Features:
a) SAAS/ ERP Sales Experience is mandatory. Prior exposure into Software Solution Sales is needed.
b) Respective employee will be responsible for covering entire Southern territory (including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala)
c) Proficiency in any 1 local language (Tamil/Malayalam/Telegu) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for ERP solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Lead generation and management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Client engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and business requirements.
- Solution presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the ERP solution can meet client needs.
- Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal writing to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like pre-sales, solution consultants, and implementation teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Pipeline and reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Deal Closure: Propagating through effective client handling & negotiation procedures leading to a signed contract agreement through market research, contract execution and proper handover for implementation.
